My background has been in the field of various natural healing techniques and I love working with people. I am also a Teacher of the Alexander Technique and a qualified Hypnotherapist.
My major interest and passion is very much related to coaching now. I am a qualified Coach and use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) amongst other tools for facilitating change and helping my clients from overcoming the blocks that are preventing them from attaining their personal, professional and business goals.
I feel extremely privileged to be able to make a real difference in my client’s lives. I am currently undertaking further training in coaching with a diploma in Corporate and Executive Coaching with the Coaching Academy.
What drives and inspires me is a passion to make a positive change in my life and the people who come into my life. I work with a great deal of listening and empathy and have a caring, sensitive and intuitive approach. This allows me to work holistically addressing my client’s needs. I feel I have the ability to connect, cut through to the core of the issues and do all of this with a sense of humour!
I help and support my clients to empower, develop and transform themselves during their process of awareness and growth and this creates powerful and dynamic changes on a personal, work and on a business level. I love my clients to succeed and create a life of choice, fulfilling their purpose and vision, and discovering all they can be and achieve.
In essence, to help them reach their Full Potential and be Successful in all aspects of their lives. Businesses especially experience higher levels of performance, productivity, sales, and profit and offer a higher level and quality of service after experiencing coaching.
My passion has led me to start an International Seminar Company taking this message of Maximising Full Potential in the Personal and the Business arena together with my business partners Dan Moore and Gordon Stewart.
